This is a great property that is conveniently located near the interstate as well as various restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel is a short drive from the downtown area and West Asheville. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We had a slight issue with the shower and it was promptly repaired as soon as it was brought to the manager’s attention. As is the case at most Country Inn and Suites, the hot breakfast was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Asheville!!

I liked having a suite to stretch out in since I was staying for a week. There was a TV in both rooms which was a nice touch. I also appreciated that there was no carpet in th rooms. I loved the comfortable chair in th corner with the footrest. I also liked how the fridge and microwave were enclosed giving the room a nice clean look. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very helpful. They were friendly and promptly supported us on everything we needed. We could move the beds around, and that was great because we wanted to have it close to the wall so our toddler wouldn't fall over. When we moved it, it exposed a lot of dirt underneath it, which is understandable. Staff don't move beds around to clean under them. When I reported it, the staff promptly came to our bedroom to swipe and mop the floor where the bed was moved.

Breakfast isn’t as good as other Country Inns in the area. No variety. Exactly the same every day. The menu hasn’t changed from March 2022 until present, September 2022. The price is usually pretty fair for the most part. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, this location, quality, and price exceeds any other hotel/ motel in the area. I would suggest if this particular franchise would like to make a name for themselves to surpass they’re competition, they would alternate their continental breakfast menu, close the gaps in their blackout blinds, and invest in upgrades to the showers/ bathrooms to make them standout above the rest. Seamless Caulking, and modern-contemporary shower heads go a long way

Room was clean, location was convenient - about half way between the Downtown Asheville and Pisgah Forest. Next to an outlet mall and main road. Next to Ingles (grocery store) with a gas station for anything you might have forgotten or need.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly, informative about the area and thing to do, places to eat, etc. The location is great!! Grocery store right next door, outlet across the street, restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are extremely clean, stocked and smell fresh. If you need anything the front desk gets iy right away. Will definitely stay again !!
